MASTER HODD - Heavy Duty Clinging Hood & Vent Cleaner

A highly concentrated premium alkaline liquid containing moderate foaming
biodegradable detergents. The strong alkaline builders in Master Hood make
for the easy removal of carbonized residues, grease, oils, fats and soils from
a variety of surfaces. Safe to use on steel, stainless steel, copper, concrete,
copper, and ceramic tile. Special thick and high foaming formula allows the
chemical to cling and do the work rather than the cleaning professional. Unlike other hood cleaners this product will cling longer to the surface allowing for safer cleaning and use.

HOOD & VENT- Heavy Duty Carbon Soot Remover

A strong alkaline formulated to remove heavy grease build up from
restaurant hoods, vents and fans. Also excellent for cleaning ovens, deep
fryers and other kitchen equipment. This product an also be used in a diluted form for cleaning floors and walls but extreme caution should be used on painted surfaces, aluminum, galvanized and other alkaline sensitive surfaces.
