CLOSED LOOP 5002

Recommended maintenance level is 15-25 ppm Orthophosphate or between 200:1 and 133:1. Lower concentrations of this type of treatment over typical borate/nitrite treatment in the loop saves pump and line wear. Contains phosphonate also which acts as anti-precipitate to hardness forming scale.

Recommended dosage is between 1 gallon per 150 to 300 gallons of capacity to maintain 500-1,000 ppm Nitrite residual. Can be ordered with phenolthalein color indicator at an additional cost to impart a strong red color to the product.

CLOSED CHILL WATER 5006

(166:1 yields 20 ppm PO4) Recommended maintenance level is 15-25 ppm Orthophosphate or between 200:1 and 133:1. Lower concentrations of this type of treatment over typical borate/nitrite treatment in the loop saves pump and line wear. Phosphates passivate ferrous surfaces to inhibit corrosion. Contains phosphonate also which acts as anti-precipitate to hardness forming scale, thiazoles to protect. Initial Dosage is 1 gallon per 200 gallon capacity anywhere easy to add. Allow to circulate and test for orthophosphate. Thereafter add 1 quart per 200 gallon capacity when PO4 level is below 15 ppm. Test monthly.
